Fu the Moon

I asked for it, I got it; I’m officially competing in the Masters of Song Fu Songwriting Challenge hosted by Quick Stop Entertainment.
There’s not a lot to say at this point. I have all of one week to write, record and produce a song about the moon that’s no shorter than 1 minute 45 seconds. I’m up against 19 other challengers, but this whole thing is open to public voting, and only 5 of the challengers will be advancing onto the next round, so I’m going to need all the help I can getting votes.
To that end, I could sure use your help. When the time comes for voting, I will be sending out an email to everyone on my mailing list urging them to listen to of all the challengers tracks and cast a vote which will hopefully for me.

And good luck to you, Bram. I’m curious to see what you, and all the others, do with the same direction.
I was so inspired when I found out what the competition was about I’ve already done all the writing as far as chords, melody, structure and words go.
That took me all of three and a half hours, and somewhere along the line I made breakfast for the kids as well.
I just have to arrange it and record it now (the hard part).
